Cam Ranh: E-Office software and KPI training for more than 200 officials and civil servants

On the afternoon of June 25, the Standing Committee of Cam Ranh City Party Committee organized a training conference on the use of document management and administration software (E-Office) and a set of tools to measure and evaluate work efficiency (KPI) for more than 200 delegates who are the Party Executive Committees of new communes and wards; cadres and civil servants expected to be assigned to work at agencies and units of the Party, People's Councils, People's Committees, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees and new commune-level socio-political organizations.

At the conference, delegates were given an overview of KPIs; instructions on using task lists; questions were answered; and instructions on directly using the toolkit for measuring, evaluating work results and efficiency (KPI).

Immediately after the conference, Cam Ranh City Party Committee directed units to urgently apply software and tools to measure and evaluate work results and efficiency (KPI) in practice to ensure the new commune-level government operates smoothly and effectively from July 1.
