Besides Tran Ngoc Luong, only one boxer won by knockout in the Lion Championship 25 event that took place on the evening of August 16 in Khanh Hoa . Former kickboxer and national bronze medalist Tran Tra My convincingly defeated Karina Veis (Russia).

This was a match between two fighters who excelled in standing combat with kickboxing skills. Both of them continuously rushed at each other with powerful combinations of punches and kicks. Starting from the end of the first round, Tran Tra My had the advantage thanks to her precise leg catch and pinned her opponent to the floor.

In the second round, the Vietnamese boxer continued to show his superiority. Tran Tra My continuously delivered accurate blows, causing Karina Veis’s fighting ability to decrease rapidly. After receiving many heavy blows to the face, the Russian boxer could only endure the fight without being able to launch any counterattack.

The match ended when Tran Tra My threw a series of punches at the edge of the cage, leaving Karina Veis stunned. The Vietnamese fighter delivered the final knee strike to knock out her opponent.

This is not the first time Tran Tra My has defeated a foreign fighter. The last time she competed at the Lion Championship, she defeated Chelsea Moore (UK) by points.
