On the morning of June 25, all officers participating in the 2025 high school graduation exam at 27 exam sites in the province went to the exam sites to be informed of the regulations and implement issues related to exam invigilation.

The head of the examination site has reviewed the list of staff working at the examination site, at the same time deployed the examination organization process and announced the assignment of tasks to each member.

Accordingly, exam invigilators must be present at the exam site on time to perform their duties; while performing exam invigilation duties, they are not allowed to bring any communication devices, do personal work, smoke, or consume alcoholic beverages.

For the head of the examination site, he/she is responsible for organizing the collection of information receiving and transmitting equipment from those performing duties at the examination site right before each examination session and is responsible for keeping and preserving this equipment during the examination session in coordination with the police to ensure security and safety.

In addition, the invigilators are responsible for the invigilator's professional tasks such as how to number the candidates, call the candidates' names into the examination room, check the sealed exam papers and distribute the exam papers, collect the exam papers, etc. On the day of the exam procedures for the candidates, the invigilators guide, record the errors (if any) of the candidates and the total exam scores are reported to the Examination Council for timely resolution for the candidates.

In particular, the invigilators are informed that if a candidate violates discipline while on duty, a record must be made and handled in accordance with regulations; if there is an unusual situation, it must be reported immediately to the head of the examination site for resolution. The invigilators must protect the exam papers during the exam and not let them leak out of the exam room.

It is known that for the 2025 high school graduation exam, the provincial Department of Education and Training has mobilized 1,950 leaders, officials and employees to participate in all stages of the exam. On the afternoon of June 25, candidates went to the exam room to complete exam procedures, correct errors (if any) and listen to the announcement of exam regulations and schedule.
