People come to do administrative procedures on the morning of October 28

This is one of the few localities in Hue city that still maintains the pace of administrative transactions in adverse weather conditions. From early morning, many people came to the ward People's Committee headquarters to carry out administrative procedures related to land, household registration, certification, social security policies, etc. The ward's officials and civil servants proactively arranged a neat reception desk, served attentively, and guided enthusiastically, ensuring smooth and safe transactions.

Mr. Le Ba Minh Hai, Chairman of Phu Bai Ward People's Committee said: "Although the flood has affected travel, people still trust in coming to the ward to do procedures. We always arrange enough staff on duty to ensure that documents are processed quickly and on time, without making people wait too long."

Maintaining stable administrative operations and serving the people in the flood conditions shows the sense of responsibility and dedication of the staff and civil servants of Phu Bai ward, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the local government. During these days, staff assigned to perform tasks 24/24 hours is also a solution to reduce the burden when handling administrative procedures after the flood.

The majority of people coming to transact are households in the non-flooded areas of Phu Bai residential groups, near the Ward Public Administration Service Center. Ward officials have stepped up propaganda and warned people not to risk going through administrative procedures when the water has not receded completely. After ensuring the situation, the government will provide maximum support in handling administrative procedures for the people.
