The stranded tourists were supported and given temporary accommodation at local people's homes.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 29, on the way to A Luoi, a group of 22 tourists, including 2 French citizens, 6 Lao citizens and 14 Vietnamese citizens traveling in the same car, were unfortunately stuck due to rising floodwaters, cutting off the A Luoi route to Hue City, through Tan Tho village, Binh Dien commune.

Faced with the dangerous situation, the authorities and military forces of Binh Dien commune quickly deployed support plans and arranged temporary accommodation at people's homes while waiting for the water to recede.

"Up to now, the tourist group has moved safely to the center of Hue city," Mr. Tran Xuan Anh informed.

Currently, the A Luoi route to Hue City is one-way, however, people and vehicles must be very careful due to long-term rain, many mountainous areas are soaked with water, and the risk of landslides is very likely to continue.
