According to statistics from the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, in the first 10 months of 2025, the total number of passengers passing through airports reached nearly 100 million, an increase of nearly 7% over the same period in 2024. Of which, international visitors reached 38 million (an increase of nearly 11%), domestic visitors reached more than 61 million (an increase of more than 4%).

Cargo volume through the airport in 10 months reached more than 1 million tons, an increase of more than 15% over the same period in 2024.
The total air transport market reached nearly 69 million passengers, an increase of nearly 8% over the same period last year.
Of which, international visitors accounted for 38 million (up nearly 11%), domestic visitors accounted for nearly 31 million (up more than 4%). Transported goods reached more than 1 million tons, up more than 18%.
Vietnamese airlines transported nearly 47 million passengers, up more than 4% over the same period last year. Of which, international passengers reached nearly 16 million (up nearly 4%), domestic passengers nearly 31 million (up more than 4%). The volume of goods transported by airlines reached more than 380 thousand tons, up nearly 4% over the same period in 2024.
In October 2025 alone, passenger volume through airports nationwide reached nearly 9 million, an increase of more than 5% over the same period last year.
Of which, international visitors reached more than 3 million arrivals (up more than 7% over the same period last year), domestic visitors reached more than 5 million arrivals (up more than 4% over the same period in 2024).
Cargo throughput through airports reached more than 156 thousand tons, an increase of more than 12% compared to October 2024.
The total passenger transport market reached more than 6 million passengers (up more than 6%), of which international passengers reached more than 3 million (up more than 7%) and domestic passengers reached more than 2 million (up more than 4%) compared to the same period last year. Total cargo output reached nearly 140 thousand tons, up more than 16% compared to October 2024.
Vietnamese airlines transported more than 4 million passengers in October, up more than 1% compared to September 2025. Of which, international passengers reached more than 1 million, domestic passengers more than 2 million. Cargo volume transported by airlines reached more than 38 thousand tons, up 2% compared to September 2025.
