With the theme "Solidarity - Intelligence - Innovation - Creativity", for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Vinh Trach commune continues to build a strong organization, operate effectively, and adapt flexibly to the new context; promote the mettle, intelligence, innovation and creativity of women; and promote digital transformation in union activities.

In the new term, strive to help at least 20 poor and near-poor households headed by women escape poverty sustainably every year; 80% of women and children who suffer from violence are supported; develop new members by 1-2% per year; 100% of association officials are trained in digital skills.

The Congress approved the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Women's Union to appoint the Executive Committee of the Vinh Trach Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 19 members. Comrade Nguyen Thi Tham was appointed to hold the position of President of the Vinh Trach Commune Women's Union.
