Population training and development for population collaborators

On October 30, An Giang Provincial Department of Population organized a training course on population and development for new population collaborators participating in the 2025 program.

Doctor Nguyen Hong Nam, Head of the Population Department of An Giang province, deployed the content at the training class.

At the training course, delegates were updated and improved on their capacity and skills in participating in managing population programs at the grassroots level, the Party and State's policies and guidelines in the field of population and development; knowledge on reproductive health, family planning, gender imbalance at birth, health care for the elderly and population in sustainable development.

At the same time, they are instructed in skills of propaganda, mobilization, and communication to change behavior at households and in the community; skills of recording and updating population information to serve accurate and effective population management.
