Team No. 4 of the Market Management Department (under the Ha Tinh Market Management Bureau) is responsible for managing Cam Xuyen District, Ky Anh District, and Ky Anh Town. Currently, there are over 130 establishments selling pharmaceuticals and veterinary drugs within its jurisdiction.
Recently, Market Management Team No. 4 has intensified inspection and control of pharmaceutical and veterinary drugs in its assigned area. Simultaneously, it has disseminated information on laws related to the business of pharmaceuticals and veterinary drugs, and obtained signed commitments from businesses to avoid violations, contributing to ensuring the brand, price, and quality of pharmaceutical products.

From the beginning of 2023 until now, Market Management Team No. 4 has imposed administrative penalties on 37 establishments trading in pharmaceuticals and veterinary drugs, collecting over 85 million VND in fines for the state budget.
The main violations include: failure to display prices of pharmaceuticals, failure to publicly display professional licenses, operating without a professional license, and failure to display prices of veterinary drugs, etc.
Through inspection and control activities, in addition to promptly identifying compliance with the contents of the issued business licenses of establishments, Market Management Team No. 4 also educates business establishments to enhance their responsibility and professional ethics.
