4 road projects expected to be completed in December

In the last month of 2024, it is expected that 4 road projects will reach the finish line.

Updating the implementation status of transport projects, the Department of Construction Investment Management ( Ministry of Transport ) said that in 2024, it is expected to start 13 projects and complete 13 projects.

Up to now, 11/13 projects have started construction, 8/13 projects have been completed.

Since the beginning of 2024, 11 traffic projects have been started (Illustration photo).

There are 2 projects expected to start construction in December 2024: Renovation and expansion of National Highway 46, Vinh City - Nam Dan Town section; Renovation and upgrade of Quy Nhon channel for 50,000DWT ships.

5 projects are expected to be completed in December 2024, including 4 road projects: Renovation of stations on Northern railway lines; Strengthening traffic connections in the Central Highlands region; Project to upgrade National Highway 19, section Km90 - Km108; Project to build, renovate and upgrade National Highway 12A, section avoiding Song Gianh Cement Factory.

In addition, the project to renovate the headquarters of the Ministry of Transport is also scheduled to be completed in the last month of 2024.

Also in December, the Ministry of Transport is simultaneously implementing investment procedures to approve the investment policy of 1 project (Project of 3 National Highways: 53, 62, Nam Song Hau in the Mekong Delta) and approve the investment of 1 project (Adjustment of My Thuan - Can Tho Expressway Project Phase 1)
