Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee registered 4 large-scale investment projects in the area, eligible to start construction on the occasion of National Day, September 2. Specifically: Nha Trang Mixed Urban Area Project invested by Ha Long Sun Company Limited in Nam Nha Trang Ward, with a scale of more than 226.7 hectares, with a total investment of 17,330 billion VND. The project has completed the preparation and approval of the detailed construction plan, is submitting the feasibility study report for appraisal and conducting environmental impact assessment, carrying out compensation and site clearance procedures... Second, the Doc Da Trang Industrial Park Project invested by Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company, with a scale of more than 287 hectares, with an investment capital of 1,807 billion VND, including full technical infrastructure items such as: Leveling, internal traffic system, water supply and drainage, lighting, advanced wastewater treatment plant... promising to create jobs for about 16,000 workers. Currently, the project has approved the zoning plan (scale 1/2000); is preparing the environmental impact assessment dossier; appraising the feasibility study report; compensation, site clearance... Third, the Social Housing Project in Thanh Hai resettlement area invested by Sao Bien Real Estate Company Limited, with a total capital of more than 1,136 billion VND, building 4 15-storey apartment buildings, with 1,352 apartments, solving the housing needs of 5,408 people in Phan Rang ward. Currently, the project is carrying out land allocation procedures, and at the same time implementing investment procedures (appraisal, approval of feasibility study reports, fire prevention and fighting, environment...). Finally, the Training and Research Facility Project of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics in Nam Nha Trang ward has an investment capital of 294 billion VND, a scale of 2,000 students, on an area of 2.1 hectares, with full items, including: Research headquarters block, lecture halls, student dormitories and synchronous technical infrastructure items. The project has completed the procedures to start construction.
In the coming time, the Provincial People's Committee will direct agencies and units to closely coordinate with investors to continue completing procedures in accordance with regulations, and carry out good preparation work to ensure that projects start construction on schedule under the direction of the Government Office and the Ministry of Construction.
