What are the '4 yes, 3 no's' that localities need to remember?

Reporting to the inspection team, the leader of the Binh Duong Department of Education and Training said that the whole province has 14,334 candidates registered to take the 2023 high school graduation exam, of which 116 candidates registered to consider their academic records, the rest are taking the exam.

Currently, Binh Duong has also established examination council No. 44 and organized 29 examination sites, of which 21 examination sites are located at high schools in districts and towns; 8 examination sites are located at secondary schools and 1 backup examination site.

Binh Duong mobilized 1,447 exam invigilators; 307 supervisors; 336 police, security guards, medical staff ... to serve the exam.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong suggested that Binh Duong continue to promote the results of successfully organizing exams in previous years, while implementing the "4 rights" (correct regulations and exam instructions; correct procedures; correct positions, assigned responsibilities and tasks and at the right time, promptly handling unusual situations) and "3 no's" (no subjectivity, negligence; no arbitrarily handling unusual situations; no tension, excessive pressure).

Mr. Thuong also noted that Binh Duong needs to thoroughly educate candidates about the exam regulations to limit errors and violations; train exam invigilators and supervisors; ensure equipment, facilities, food safety and hygiene... to create favorable conditions for candidates to participate in the 2023 high school graduation exam.
