To commemorate the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 22, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Bau Ha visited and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries in Vung Ang, Hoanh Son, and Song Tri wards.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Bau Ha and the delegation visited and presented gifts to the mother of martyr Bui Thi An (born in 1927, residing in Hoanh Son ward); Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tinh (born in 1940, war invalid, residing in Song Tri ward); Mr. Tran Khac Loc (born in 1952, war invalid, victim of chemical warfare), Mr. Le Van Thiep (born in 1952, war invalid), and Ms. Le Thi Thoanh (born in 1953, war invalid) residing in Vung Ang ward.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 22, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Ky visited and presented gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, and meritorious people at the War Invalids Rehabilitation Center and the Mental and Neurological War Invalids Rehabilitation Center in Vinh Loc ward, Nghe An province.
Currently, the Nghe An War Invalids Rehabilitation Center and the Nghe An Mental and Neurological War Invalids Rehabilitation Center are caring for 113 war invalids, sick soldiers, and people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution in the two provinces of Nghe An and Ha Tinh .
Over the past period, the leadership and staff of the center and rehabilitation area have done a good job of caring for and treating wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services, becoming a support system for these individuals to overcome difficulties and rise up in life.

At the program, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Ky provided information on the implementation of policies and regulations for families of people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution in Ha Tinh province over the past period.

Presenting gifts to wounded soldiers, war invalids, and meritorious individuals, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Ky, on behalf of the provincial leadership, expressed gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of wounded soldiers and war invalids to the cause of national liberation and reunification.
At the same time, it is hoped that in the coming time, the leadership and staff of the center and rehabilitation area will continue to overcome difficulties and do a good job of caring for and nurturing wounded and sick soldiers, contributing to compensating for the losses and sacrifices of those who have made many contributions to the cause of protecting the Fatherland.
