Reporting to the delegation, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Khiem - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Bien Hoa - Thanh Long Joint Stock Company (the investor) said that in 2005, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province approved the investment plan for the industrial processing cluster west of the Vam Co Dong River in Nam Ben Soi hamlet (formerly Thanh Long commune). The project covers an area of 37 hectares, with a total investment of 1,766 billion VND.

After three adjustments and additions to the scale, total investment capital, and implementation schedule, the Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Agricultural Products Processing Complex Project commenced construction in October 2024. The project includes: a packaging factory with a capacity of 3,500 tons/year; a warehouse with a scale of 20,000 m² ; and a factory producing sugarcane juice and other agricultural-based beverages with a capacity of 120 million liters/year.

The project is scheduled for completion between Q4 2024 and Q2 2026. Specifically, the construction of the sugarcane juice and agricultural beverage production plant will complete phase 1 in Q2 2026 and phase 2 in Q3 2027.
When operational, the processing complex will create jobs for 300 local and neighboring workers, including 150 unskilled laborers and 150 skilled workers.
Leaders of Ninh Dien commune conducted a site visit to assess the construction progress of the factory under the Project in Nam Ben Soi hamlet.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Khiem further stated that during the implementation process, the project encountered some new obstacles due to major updates in technology, schedule, and costs.
Currently, the investor has submitted supplementary project adjustment documents, and the Department of Finance has sent a document to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of the project's extension. In addition, in February 2025, the Provincial People's Committee sent a document to the Prime Minister proposing solutions to overcome difficulties in the projects, including a proposal to approve the project's extension.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Khiem - Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Bien Hoa - Thanh Long Joint Stock Company - reported to the Chairman of Ninh Dien Commune People's Committee, Mr. Do Thanh Trung, on the progress of the project construction.
On behalf of the Ninh Dien commune leadership, Chairman of the People's Committee Do Thanh Trung highly appreciated the proactive approach of the project investor during the merger process and the initial phase of operating the new two-tiered government.
The sugarcane juice and agricultural beverage factory will complete phase 1 (50% capacity) in Q2/2026.
This is one of two industrial projects contributing to the socio -economic development of Ninh Dien commune in the new phase. The local government will always stand alongside the enterprise during the construction process as well as when the project is completed and put into operation, creating stable jobs for the people.
