According to the list of candidates meeting the standards for the titles of Professor and Associate Professor in 2024 that the State Council of Professors has just announced, there are 4 candidates from the 9X generation meeting the standards for the title of Associate Professor.

On November 4, the State Council of Professors announced the list of candidates recognized as meeting the standards for the title of Professor and Associate Professor in 2024. This is the result of the second meeting of the State Council of Professors for the 2024-2029 term, on November 2-3, 2024.

If including candidates from the Security Science Professorship Council and the Military Science Professorship Council, the number of qualified candidates is 615 (45 professor candidates, 570 associate professor candidates).

Among more than 600 candidates who meet the standards for the title of Professor and Associate Professor in 2024, there are 4 candidates from the 9X generation who meet the standards for the title of Associate Professor (*).

Previously, the list of candidates proposed by the Council of Professors of the industry and interdisciplinary fields to be considered for recognition of meeting the standards for the title of Professor and Associate Professor in 2024, included 6 candidates born in the 90s.

Candidate Nguyen Hoang Chung, born in 1990 (hometown Phu My, Binh Dinh), works at Thu Dau Mot University, Binh Duong .

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Chung graduated in 2012 with a degree in Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City. In 2017 and 2020, Mr. Chung received his Master's and Doctorate degrees from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, in the same major and major as above.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Chung started working at Thu Dau Mot University in December 2018 as a lecturer. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa Hong is also the youngest female candidate for Associate Professor 2024 at Foreign Trade University. She received her university degree in 2012, majoring in Banking and Finance, specializing in International Finance at Foreign Trade University.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa Hong received her MSc in International Banking and Finance in 2013, majoring in International Banking and Finance from the University of Northampton, UK. In 2019, she received her PhD in Business Administration from the Foreign Trade University.

Dr. Nguyen Thi Hoa Hong has been associated with Foreign Trade University for many years as a lecturer. She has published 59 scientific articles, including 8 scientific articles in prestigious international journals (ISI/ESCI/Scopus); published 2 books, including 1 textbook and 1 reference book editor...

Candidate Tran Ngoc Mai, born in 1991 (hometown: Binh Luc, Ha Nam), works at the Banking Academy. Currently, Ms. Tran Ngoc Mai is Deputy Head of the Department of International Investment, Faculty of International Business, Banking Academy.
