Specifically, the owners of 52 motorbike repair shops in the area have signed a commitment with the Traffic Police - Order Team not to renovate, change the frame, engine, shape, size, characteristics, paint color, brand of the vehicle that is not consistent with the vehicle registration certificate; not to illegally manufacture or assemble vehicles. At the same time, promptly notify and provide information to the police when there is a request to "modify" or "modify" the vehicle.

“This is one of the key solutions of the unit to effectively implement Plan No. 3409/KH dated November 15, 2023 of Dong Ha City Police on transforming key areas and routes with complex traffic order and safety issues,” said Captain of the Traffic Police - Order Team of Dong Ha City Police, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Trung Hai.

It is known that recently, in Dong Ha City, there has been a situation where many teenagers and students drive motorbikes, "modified" motorbikes, "modified" frames, engines, exhaust pipes... at high speed, weaving, driving in twos and threes, revving the exhaust, causing traffic disorder and noise pollution on the streets and residential areas.
