Ingredients for stir-fried garlic stems with squid: 250g   garlic shoots , 200g squid, 3 chili peppers, 1 teaspoon pepper, a little shredded ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, half a teaspoon MSG.

Cut   garlic flower   into 3cm long pieces, cut the squid into flower or dragon scale pieces, cut into square pieces. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and chili and saute until fragrant, then add the squid and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add   Garlic stalks , salt, MSG, pepper, stir-fry for 2 minutes then put on plate.

3. Stir-fried chives with tofu

Ingredients for stir-fried chives with tofu: 300g chives, 150g tofu, 2 chili peppers, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons soy sauce (can be replaced with soy sauce), a little MSG.

Wash chives, drain and cut into small pieces. Cut tofu into small pieces, dice chili. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add chili and tofu and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add chives, salt, MSG, soy sauce and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until chives are soft, then put on a plate.

Ingredients for stir-fried seaweed with tofu: 1 piece of tofu, 200g seaweed, a little shredded ginger, 1 green onion, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, a little MSG (can be replaced with chicken powder).

Soak tofu skin until soft, cut in half and then slice, cut seaweed into small pieces. Heat cooking oil in a pan, when the oil is 60 degrees hot, add shredded ginger, minced garlic, tofu skin and stir-fry evenly. Ingredients for stir-fried cabbage with rice paper include: 100g cabbage leaves, 300g rice paper, 2 chili peppers, a little green onion, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, half a teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt.

Shred cabbage, cut rice paper into large squares, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes then remove and rinse with cold water. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add cabbage and chili and stir-fry for 1 minute. Ingredients for stewed goat meat with cabbage include: 500g goat meat, 300g cabbage, 1 handful of vermicelli, 3g shredded ginger, 4 chili peppers, 3 green onions, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon MSG, 1 teaspoon pepper.

Cut the goat meat into large pieces, blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes then remove, cut the cabbage into small pieces, soak the vermicelli in water until soft. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add the goat meat, shredded ginger, and chili and stir-fry well, then pour in 2 bowls of boiling water and simmer until the goat meat is tender. Add the cabbage, salt, and MSG and simmer for another 3 minutes. Add the vermicelli and green onions and simmer for 2 minutes then transfer to a bowl.
