Agribank allocates 10,000 billion VND for home loans for young customers

With the desire to support more and more customers to access preferential loans, especially young customers (under 35 years old) to "settle down" and develop the economy sustainably, Agribank has allocated 10,000 billion VND to implement a Home Loan Program for young customers with preferential interest rates, fees and service products that provide comprehensive financial solutions to help young people manage their finances, realize their desire to own a dream home, and stabilize their lives. Accordingly, from April 2 to December 31, 2025, individual customers who are civil servants, public employees, and workers under 35 years old who need to borrow capital from Agribank to buy a house will be able to use the house they intend to buy as collateral.

The program applies a fixed interest rate of 5.5%/year for the first 3 years, creating favorable conditions for customers to stabilize their finances. Customers can borrow up to 100% of their capital needs depending on the assets securing the loan. The maximum loan term is 40 years, suitable for the long-term financial plans of many customers. In particular, customers are exempted from paying the principal for up to the first 60 months, helping to reduce the initial debt repayment pressure. These are outstanding incentives compared to many credit programs for individual customers that Agribank has been implementing.

In addition, customers also enjoy other incentives when borrowing capital such as: Free account management for the first year; free card issuance fee (including debit card, credit card); free annual card fee for the first year; free collection and bill payment on the Agribank Plus application.
