The difference in class continued to be clearly shown in the competition at China Open 2024, Alcaraz won with the scores of 6-1, 6-2 after only 2 sets to enter the quarterfinals.
Alcaraz's next opponent will be Russian seventh seed Khachanov. The match will take place at 3:00 p.m. on September 30.
In some other notable quarterfinal matches on September 30, Jannik Sinner will meet Lehecka (Czech Republic) at 6:00 p.m. and Dannil Medvedev will face Flavio Cobolli (Italy) at 3:00 p.m.
