Sharing with us, Colonel Tran Quang Huy said that the journey to Sin Suoi Ho was the result of the joint efforts between Center 586 and partner units and benefactors, including: Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, Hoang Hoa Tham Secondary School ( Hanoi ); An Hung Architectural Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, TIC Network and Computer Solutions Joint Stock Company; Duc Long Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company; and the Army Literature and Arts Magazine.

The delegation's first stop was the Sin Suoi Ho Border Guard Station. There, the delegation inquired about the performance of duties, the living conditions, and daily lives of the officers and soldiers; and congratulated the unit on its achievements in managing and protecting national territorial sovereignty and border security.

Witnessing the difficult working and living conditions of border guards in the high-altitude border region, the delegation presented practical gifts, conveying the affection, trust, and appreciation of the officers and soldiers of Center 586 and their partners towards the forces who tirelessly stay close to the people and maintain peace on the nation's border.

Leaving the Sin Suoi Ho Border Guard Post, the delegation visited Sin Suoi Ho Ethnic Boarding Secondary School and Sin Suoi Ho Ethnic Boarding Primary School. These schools still face many difficulties, but the staff and teachers always strive to overcome shortcomings and wholeheartedly dedicate themselves to the cause of "sowing the seeds of knowledge" for the children of ethnic minorities in the area.

During the program, the delegation presented 800 gifts including warm blankets, pens, notebooks, 500 copies of the Army Literature and Arts magazine, and 30 scholarships to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The delegation also presented gifts of gratitude to the teachers, encouraging the school to continue overcoming difficulties, striving for excellence in teaching and learning, and contributing to improving the quality of education in this mountainous border region.

As part of the program, the delegation organized meetings, visits, and presented gifts to families facing particularly difficult circumstances in Sin Suoi Ho commune. These gifts, handed directly to the people, not only provided material support but also demonstrated the affection and responsibility of the officers and soldiers of Center 586 and their partners towards the people in this border region.

This practical activity contributes to strengthening and consolidating the solidarity between the military and the people; spreading the tradition of "mutual support and affection," the spirit of "helping those in need," and the noble qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.

According to Colonel Tran Quang Huy, although the gifts were not large, they contained the affection, responsibility, and desire to share of the delegation, contributing to encouraging officers, soldiers, teachers, students, and people of Sin Suoi Ho commune to overcome difficulties and strive for a better life.

The program concluded amidst the heartfelt emotions of the local people and the radiant smiles of the highland students. This journey of compassion in Sin Suoi Ho further affirms the pioneering spirit and social responsibility of the officers and soldiers of Center 586, Command 86, contributing to the efforts of the local Party committee, government, and armed forces in caring for social welfare and building an increasingly strong border region.
