1. People with high blood fat and cholesterol: pork intestines have a lot of fat, and it is a bad type of fat. Eating too much can easily cause the blood to become fatty, the plasma will be milky white, causing blood vessels to become blocked.

2. People with cardiovascular disease: People with a history of heart disease should avoid pork intestines, or the disease will get worse without them knowing. Because the high amount of bad fat will cause atherosclerosis, increasing the risk of myocardial infarction and stroke.

3. Obese people, those who are trying to lose weight: pork intestines are high in fat and calories. Those who want to lose weight and look good should not eat too much or their weight loss efforts will be in vain.

4. People with gout: pig intestines contain purine, when eaten in the blood it will turn into uric acid. People with gout who eat it will easily get pain.

5. People with bloating and indigestion: pig intestines are difficult to digest. People with weak stomachs will feel sluggish and uncomfortable all day long after eating them.

6. Pregnant women: If you eat undercooked pork intestines, which are contaminated with bacteria and also contain a lot of fat, you can easily get food poisoning and increase cholesterol.
