(BTV) Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long has signed the Decision to recognize 33 national treasures (13th batch, 2024). According to the Decision, the Golden Seal "Hoang De Chi Bao" currently kept at the Nam Hong Royal Museum, Tu Son city is recognized as a national treasure this time.

The “Hoang De Chi Bao” golden seal is one of the most important and largest gold seals of the Nguyen Dynasty. The seal was cast in the spring of the 4th year of Minh Mang (1823), weighing 10.7 kg of gold, and was passed down from King Minh Mang to King Bao Dai. On August 30, 1945, when King Bao Dai announced his abdication, he chose the Hoang De Chi Bao golden seal and a sword symbolizing the Nguyen Dynasty’s imperial power to hand over to the revolutionary government. This artifact is currently kept at the Nam Hong Royal Museum (Tu Son City).
Through 13 rounds of recognition of National Treasures, Bac Ninh has 19 artifacts and groups of artifacts recognized by the State as National Treasures. In 2021, Bac Ninh province issued Decision No. 10 on promulgating Regulations on management of relics, relics, antiquities and national treasures in Bac Ninh province to serve as a legal basis for the protection and promotion of the value of national treasures.
