The Nha Trang Street Lion – Lion – Dragon Festival was first held in 2013 at the Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival.

Since then, the Lion - Lion - Dragon Festival has become a vibrant cultural festival activity organized by the Nha Trang City People's Committee in the following Sea Festivals.
