On the morning of August 22, in Hanoi, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in coordination with Nhan Dan Newspaper organized a scientific workshop on "Trade unions with the task of participating in state management and building a socialist rule-of-law state".
