The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 11 (103-117 km/h), gusting to level 14, moving in the West Northwest direction, speed about 25km/h.
Forecasting the impact of storm No. 11, the sea area from Lam Dong to Ca Mau will have southwest winds of level 3-4, wave height from 0.5-1.5m; the sea area from Ca Mau - An Giang - Phu Quoc will have light winds, wave height from 0.25-1.25m. In both sea areas, the weather will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, be on guard against tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.
In Ho Chi Minh City, there will be changing clouds, sunny days, showers in many places in the afternoon and evening, scattered thunderstorms, some places will have moderate to heavy rain, during thunderstorms, beware of lightning, strong gusts of wind and tornadoes.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism has notified units with passenger ships not to participate in activities on rivers and at sea in dangerous conditions, with big waves and strong winds, and to strictly check measures to ensure safety for tourists on board.
The Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City coordinates with the Department of Construction to notify organizations and individuals to properly brace and reinforce billboards, billboards, etc., to prevent storms and tornadoes; and to limit the organization of outdoor art performances and music stages when there are bad weather warnings from authorities.
