On land: From the night of November 12, the weather in the North Central region will turn cold. During this cold air mass, the lowest temperature will be from 16 to 19 degrees Celsius, in some mountainous areas it will be below 16 degrees Celsius.
At sea: From the afternoon of November 12, in the Gulf of Tonkin and the sea area of the North Central region, the Northeast wind will be strong at level 6, then gradually increase to level 7, gusting to level 8-9, waves 2.0-4.0m high, rough seas.
