DTO - Due to difficult family circumstances, Mr. Le Minh Sang (born in 1993), residing in Hamlet 2, Tram Chim town, Tam Nong district, had to leave his hometown and go to Dong Nai province to work for a living. In November 2022, while working as a construction worker, he unfortunately had an accident where a scaffolding collapsed and broke his vertebrae. He was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. However, the after-effects of the accident left Mr. Sang bedridden, unable to walk, and had to rely on others for personal hygiene...

According to the diagnosis of Shing Mark University of Medicine and Pharmacy - Hospital LLC, Dong Nai Province Department of Health : "Mr. Sang had a fracture of vertebrae N1 and N2 and had surgery to attach titanium but the wound still left sequelae that required persistent treatment to recover his health, costing over 20 million VND".

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Dieu - a civil servant of Culture and Society, in charge of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Tram Chim town, said: Mr. Sang is not married, he is the youngest son in a poor family of 7 brothers and sisters. All of them are married and have their own families, life is also difficult. Mr. Sang lives with his elderly parents in a dilapidated thatched house. Currently, Mr. Sang's family is very miserable, has no land for production, and has to live on the support and help of neighbors and benefactors. In recent years, a kind neighbor has lent him a piece of land to build a temporary house. The after-effects of the accident that broke his vertebrae have made his body constantly sore.
