Mr. Son after a year of overcoming difficulties and transforming himself

The economy continued to develop: Growth rate reached 7.74%; total production value (2010 SS price) reached 8,042,254 million VND, reaching 97.6% of the plan, up 7.87% over the same period; added value reached 3,718,280 million VND, reaching 98.29% of the plan, up 7.74% over the same period. Of which: Agriculture - forestry - fishery sector is estimated to increase by 5.31%; Industry - construction sector is estimated to increase by 9.02%; Service sector is estimated to increase by 8.1% over the same period. Average value per capita is estimated at 50.6 million VND/person/year.

In agricultural production, science and technology are promoted and applied very well, livestock, poultry and aquatic farming are focused on large-scale development. Forestry reached 118.3%, up 9.2% over the same period. Industrial production grew quite well, reaching 2,875,656 million VND, reaching 94.27% of the plan, up 8.69% over the same period.

The national target program on sustainable poverty reduction and socio-economic development was implemented promptly and effectively, improving the material and spiritual life of the people with a total capital of VND 5,013,490,000.

Encourage investment and support key projects in the area. Attract investors to research and propose new projects to improve the ability to implement economic development projects in the district.

Cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities took place vigorously and prominently in 2023, including the 200th anniversary of the Anh Son title, the 60th anniversary of the district's separation; the Sen Village Singing Festival; sports and cultural exchange activities to celebrate the anniversary,... attracting a large number of people's participation and stirring up the cultural and artistic movement of the entire population.

The education sector has successfully carried out the tasks set out in the 2022-2023 school year. The results in the excellent student exams and high school graduation exams have achieved high rates, effectively implemented the plan to build Anh Son Secondary School as a key school in the province and well prepared projects to carry out tasks for the 2023-2024 school year.

Health care, population, and family planning are focused on. Modern scientific technology is applied to medical examination and treatment, plans are developed to deal with epidemics, and health education and propaganda work is done well for the people.

Security and order in the district are always ensured, no riots, sabotage, or reactionary incidents occur. Be proactive in all situations, effectively resolve issues in the areas of religious security, security in special areas, disputes, and complaints from the people.
