NDO - On the morning of August 21st, at the Party Central Headquarters, General Secretary and President To Lam, Head of the Personnel Subcommittee, chaired a meeting of the Personnel Subcommittee for the 14th Party Congress. Attending the meeting were Politburo members: Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister; Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the National Assembly; Luong Cuong, Standing Member of the Secretariat; along with other Politburo and Secretariat members and members of the Subcommittee.
