Construction Package 6 starts at the Binh Goi Bridge Package (part of the Component 5 project invested by Binh Duong Construction Management Board), and ends at the Construction Package 7 section through Hoc Mon district. The package value is approximately VND 2,200 billion. The project includes many important items such as expressway, parallel road, river-canal overpass, expressway overpass, Provincial Road 15 underpass and cross-road box culvert system. These items are deployed synchronously to ensure connectivity, drainage and safe traffic throughout the Ring Road 3 section through Cu Chi district.
Construction Package 6 (Cu Chi district) is implemented by a consortium of contractors including Truong Son Construction Corporation, Corporation 319 ( Ministry of National Defense ), Dai Phong Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company, CK4 Group Joint Stock Company and Quang Phuc Group Joint Stock Company. In early June, at the construction site of Construction Package 6 of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Cu Chi district, hundreds of workers were busy working to speed up progress and ensure important milestones of the project. Every day, more than 300 workers and construction machinery work continuously from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with work teams deployed simultaneously on the construction site. At underpass No. 1 on Provincial Road 15, the main section is 450m long, including 180m of open tunnel at both ends and 90m of closed tunnel. Currently, the project is constructing the concrete part, the bored pile part has been completed. The construction volume has reached about 50%, expected to be completed by the end of this year. The panoramic view of Ring Road 3 gradually appears, crossing vast fields in Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City; promising to bring a new look to infrastructure, contributing to promoting socio-economic development in the region.
