Apple Introduces Midnight Color Variant for HomePod Mini

The HomePod Mini will now come in a total of five color options, including Blue, Orange, White, Yellow, and the latest, Midnight. The price of the HomePod Mini remains the same at $99 for all color options.

Apple launches new Midnight color for HomPod Mini

The HomePod Mini was first introduced by Apple in November 2020, and there has been no second generation since then. This smart speaker is equipped with an Apple S5 processor, which is capable of processing audio and adjusting music to the user's style at a frequency of 180 times/second.

HomePod Mini speakers can be connected to form a stereo system when placed in the same room, providing a more immersive audio experience. Apple also integrated the U1 chip into HomePod Mini, just like on the iPhone, to improve the Handoff feature, allowing users to more smoothly transfer music, calls and other tasks between Apple devices.

HomePod Mini goes on sale July 17.

Additionally, Apple has promised to support third-party music streaming apps like Pandora, Amazon Music, and iHeartRadio on the HomePod Mini. Unfortunately, Spotify is still not available on the platform.
