Loca AI focuses on “Made in Vietnam” NLP with Vietnamese benchmarks, three-region accents, and domestic data infrastructure.

In terms of impact, Cake popularizes digital finance, AI Hay reflects language life, and Loca maintains Vietnamese standards.

All three are expanding their ecosystems: Cake expands to insurance and investments, Loca supports healthcare and education , AI Hay is strong in academia.

Who will be the pioneer depends on the vote, but certainly all three have contributed to raising the level of Vietnamese AI.
