On the morning of September 19, at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work. Attending were Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Home Affairs.

At the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan presented the decision on transferring Ms. Phan Thi Thu Cuc - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to work at the Department of Foreign Affairs and appointed her to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, for a term of 5 years from September 19, 2024.
