On February 18, the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce 20 decisions on personnel work in important positions under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
In which, the Provincial Party Standing Committee mobilized and assigned Mr. Bui Chi Thanh (Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee) to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Mobilize and appoint 5 Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department for Mr. Le Van Minh (Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department); Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh (Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department); Mr. Le Thi Thuy (Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department); Mr. Ta Quoc Trung (Director of the Department of Construction); Mr. Do Huu Hien (Director of the Department of Information and Communications).
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Hoang Nguyen Dinh (Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Chau Duc District) to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Vung Tau City Party Committee, term 2020-2025; Mr. Nguyen Phuc Hoang (Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment) to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee for the term 2020-2025, and introduce him as a candidate for the position of Chairman of the Vung Tau City People's Committee for the term 2021-2026; Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc) to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vung Tau City Party Committee.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Le Anh Tu (Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Con Dao District Party Committee, term 2020-2025; Mr. Phan Trong Hien (Deputy Director of the Department of Transport) to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Con Dao District Party Committee, term 2020-2025, and introduce him as a candidate for the position of Chairman of the Con Dao District People's Committee, term 2021-2026.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Duong Trong Hieu (Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office) to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Mr. Huynh Son Thai (Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Mr. Nguyen Van Dang (Director of the Department of Finance) to hold the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee's Office.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Duong Ngoc Chau (Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office) to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Chau Duc District Party Committee, term 2020-2025; Mr. Phan Khac Duy (Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office) to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Xuyen Moc District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Pham Thanh Chung (District Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Xuyen Moc district) to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Tan Ban (Chairman of the People's Committee of Chau Duc district) to hold the position of Director of the Department of Health.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Huynh Son Tuan (Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission) to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Phu My Town Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Nguyen Doan Tiet Phuong (Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office) to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Phu My Town Party Committee, for the 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Pham Viet Thanh said that the plan to reorganize the apparatus in the province will be implemented to promptly complete and supplement the leadership team to meet immediate work requirements as well as prepare long-term human resources for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
One of the first important tasks after restructuring the apparatus is to promptly consolidate and supplement the leadership team of Party committees, agencies, units, and localities to stabilize the organization and focus on implementing key tasks in 2025.
With that spirit, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has directed the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to do a good job of advising and fully implementing the processes and procedures on personnel work, submitting them to the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, as a basis for announcement at today's Conference. These are important decisions, a premise for preparing personnel not only for the 2025-2030 term, but also for preparing personnel for future development, which is an important foundation for the long-term development of the Provincial Party Committee.
The comrades assigned and receiving new tasks today are all young cadres, well-trained, capable, mature and experienced in many working positions in different units of the province; in each working position, the comrades have promoted their mettle, intelligence, sense of responsibility, strived to do their best, overcome difficulties and challenges, completed well the assigned tasks, and made important contributions to the overall achievements and results of the agencies and localities where they work.
“These are truly exemplary comrades in terms of political qualities, courage, and intelligence; with vision and strategic thinking; with high responsibility, innovative thinking, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common good; with practical capacity, leadership and management ability, scientific, democratic, and drastic thinking and working methods, well meeting the new, heavier, and more complicated requirements for the cause of building and developing the province in the new period,” affirmed the Secretary of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
At this Conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee handed over retirement decisions to members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee. These are all capable, experienced, and prestigious officials who have held many different positions and have contributed their efforts and intelligence to the cause of building and developing Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
In particular, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to terminate the work of 7 key officials, including: Mai Ngoc Thuan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Luu Tai Doan - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Huynh Van Danh - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Nguyen Van Xinh - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Tran Dinh Khoa - Secretary of the Vung Tau City Party Committee; Bui Van Thao - Director of the Provincial Police Department; Nguyen Thanh Huan - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
