Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong holds the position of Vice President of the Provincial Farmers' Association.

Pham Khac Quan, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, presented the decision to Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong.

According to Decision No. 4509-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong, Head of the Information and Synthesis Department of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, has been transferred to assume the position of Vice President of the Dien Bien Provincial Farmers' Association for the term 2023-2028, in accordance with the elected position.

Leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association presented flowers to congratulate Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong.

In her acceptance speech, Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong expressed gratitude for the attention, encouragement, and support from the leadership at all levels and the entire unit. She also pledged to continue self-learning and self-improvement in her new position; and to work with the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association, and the staff to build a stronger organization that truly represents the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, and cares for their material and spiritual well-being.
