Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong holds the position of Vice President of the Provincial Farmers' Association.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Pham Khac Quan presented the decision to Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong.

According to Decision No. 4509-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong, Head of the Information and Synthesis Department, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, was transferred to take up the position of Vice President of the Farmers' Association of Dien Bien province, term 2023 - 2028 according to the elected position.

In her acceptance speech, Ms. Tran Thi Lan Huong thanked the attention, encouragement and support of the leaders at all levels and the unit. At the same time, in her new position, she will continue to self-study and self-train; together with the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association and cadres and civil servants, build an increasingly strong Association, truly representing the legitimate and legal rights and interests, taking care of the material and spiritual life of farmers.
