In the first 9 months of the year, Party committees, authorities, and internal affairs agencies have focused on leading, directing, and implementing well the national defense and security tasks, maintaining national security and territorial border sovereignty; organizing the absolute protection of important targets, delegations, Party and State leaders, and important political , economic, cultural, and foreign affairs activities in the area. The focus is on the activities of the National Tourism Year of Dien Bien - 2024 and the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory. Focus on directing, fighting, and effectively preventing the establishment of "separate states" and illegal religious activities. Effectively implementing measures to prevent violations and crimes, especially drug-related crimes and crimes against social order. Coordination between prosecution and judicial support agencies in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution activities is tight, effective and in accordance with the law. Party committees at all levels promote propaganda, dissemination and education of laws on corruption prevention and combat. Judicial reform continues to receive attention, leadership and direction; the organization of the Judicial Steering Committee and judicial agencies continues to receive attention, consolidation and improvement.
In the last 3 months of the year, the Provincial Party Standing Committee set out 4 key directions and tasks: Leadership and direction of the Party Committee on internal affairs, anti-corruption and judicial reform; work to ensure national security, social order and safety; implementation of solutions to prevent corruption; detection and handling of negative corruption and a number of key tasks of judicial reform.
