Implementing the Central's regulations on superior Party committees attending Party activities at grassroots Party cells, on the morning of March 30, comrade Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the thematic activity "Improving the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees in administrative agencies and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee" of the Party cell of the Civil Servants and Public Employees Department, Department of Home Affairs. The Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees of the Department of Home Affairs has the function and duty of advising the Director of the Department to submit to the Provincial People's Committee documents on recruitment, use, management and implementation of regimes and policies for the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees according to the provisions of law; guiding the implementation of State and Provincial regulations on recruitment, use and management of civil servants and public employees. Currently, the Party cell of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees has a total of 8 party members.

Comrade Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee spoke at the thematic party cell meeting.

Implementing the thematic activity plan, the Party cell selected the content "Improving the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees in administrative agencies and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee" to thereby have a multi-dimensional perspective on the current status of the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees; the shortcomings, limitations, difficulties and causes; some challenges arising in the current context, thereby posing a number of tasks and solutions to improve the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the new situation.

The whole province currently has more than 28,900 provincial and district-level civil servants and public employees, of which the health and education sectors account for more than 90%; commune-level civil servants are more than 3,460 people.
