Bac Kan summarizes 10 years of studying and following Uncle Ho

According to the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee, after 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in Bac Kan has had a profound influence, creating strong changes in the awareness and actions of Party committees, authorities at all levels, sectors and people of all walks of life.

The implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure) in conjunction with Directive 05-CT/TW has now become a regular content in Party and agency activities and has become an important criterion for annually evaluating and classifying grassroots Party organizations and Party members.

Thereby, raising the sense of responsibility of cadres and party members, fighting, preventing and repelling signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle; promptly correcting and overcoming shortcomings and weaknesses; building a contingent of cadres and party members to meet task requirements.

During the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW, many examples of "good people - good deeds", new models, and creative ways of doing things have appeared, bringing practical results, contributing positively to socio-economic development and strengthening national defense and security in Bac Kan.

Specifically, from 2015 to 2025, thousands of meaningful jobs worth tens of billions of VND have been implemented by agencies, units and localities in the province in the province's disadvantaged communes. From 2016 to 2024, the whole Bac Kan province has 2,609 collectives and individuals being commended and rewarded for studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Bac Kan province Phuong Thi Thanh acknowledged, commended and congratulated the outstanding achievements of the entire Provincial Party Committee, cadres, party members and people, especially congratulating the typical and outstanding collectives and individuals selected, honored and rewarded at today's conference.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee emphasized that Party committees at all levels, especially heads of agencies, units and localities, need to further enhance their roles and responsibilities in leading and directing the implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in each agency and unit.

Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle must be closely linked with the work of building and rectifying the Party and building a clean and strong political system.

Continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle must be closely linked with the political tasks of agencies, units and localities in accordance with the requirements and demands set forth, and considering studying and following Uncle Ho as a voluntary and regular task.

Strengthening propaganda and education work in more diverse and rich forms, promptly discovering, praising and replicating good practices and effective models in studying and following Uncle Ho, to create a spreading effect throughout society, in order to arouse the aspiration to successfully carry out the work of hunger eradication and poverty reduction, and improve the material and spiritual life of the people.

On this occasion, 36 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period of 2016-2025 and 2024 were awarded Certificates of Merit by the People's Committee of Bac Kan province.
