The Provincial Federation of Labor Unions requires 100% of enterprise-level trade unions to organize at least one activity in response to the initiative. The main focus should be on showing appreciation to union members and workers; disseminating legal information; launching emulation campaigns and honoring outstanding workers; and organizing cultural and sports festivals.

For example, at Newwing Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd. (Van Trung Industrial Park), from mid-April, the Trade Union organized a sports competition with three events: badminton, basketball, and pickleball.
This year's competition attracted over 200 athletes representing approximately 25,000 workers. Matches were held daily after work hours. These are traditional sports events organized annually during Workers' Month to fulfill the aspirations of union members and workers; to create a beneficial and healthy playground; and to develop the sports movement within enterprises.
The company and the union recently held a year-end awards ceremony. The athletes' achievements are considered for year-end bonuses and salary increases.

At BGG Yen The Garment Joint Stock Company (Yen The commune), the company spent nearly 500 million VND to reward over 900 workers. Each employee (with a signed labor contract) received 500,000 VND in cash, disbursed on April 29th. This money was drawn from the company's payroll fund to boost morale, encourage long-term commitment, and attract new talent.
In addition to monetary bonuses for employees, this year during Workers' Month, the company's trade union organized a "Trade Union Meal" program with increased meal value to improve the health of workers.
In many businesses, grassroots trade unions allocate resources to show appreciation to workers on this occasion, such as: Sungwoo Vina Co., Ltd. (Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial Park) giving gifts (helmets worth 235,000 VND/each) to all more than 800 workers in the factory; Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., Yen Phong 1 Industrial Park organizing fun "mini-games" with prizes, creating a cheerful and enthusiastic atmosphere to encourage workers to continue working and staying committed.

One of the key programs of this year's Workers' Month is to promote awareness and improve legal understanding among workers. The Provincial Labor Union distributed nearly 10,000 leaflets to workers in industrial zones and clusters; and organized awareness conferences for workers in enterprises and residential areas.
In particular, 100% of grassroots trade unions in enterprises reviewed and allocated funds to give gifts and support union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
