The Declaration of Independence not only gave birth to a new Vietnam but also affirmed the national and human rights of our people before the whole world.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism directs the system of cultural institutions from the province to the grassroots (Cultural - Sports Center, cultural houses, sports, entertainment and recreation areas, community activity centers) to organize cultural, artistic and sports programs to celebrate the anniversary.
