During the meeting, representatives from the businesses raised difficulties related to site preparation and product installation, especially for specialized products.
After listening to the relevant units address the difficulties and obstacles faced by businesses, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong shared with the businesses the challenges in the stages of idea generation, design, site acquisition, and construction. He also emphasized that the booths of the participating units, named "Startup for Nation Building," are all among the top national brands, which is both an honor and a great responsibility.
Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong requested that all units closely adhere to the schedule and not allow objective or subjective reasons to cause delays compared to the overall level of the exhibition.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh emphasized that this exhibition is the largest ever, with national and regional significance, attracting the attention of the entire population and international visitors; therefore, the quality and appearance of the booths must be ensured at the highest level.
With little time remaining until the exhibition's opening, the workload is substantial, requiring urgent and decisive action from all participating units.

The Deputy Prime Minister urged businesses to promptly take over the land, quickly complete the design, and simultaneously begin construction by August 8th. During construction, they should communicate directly with supporting units to resolve any obstacles or difficulties.
The Deputy Prime Minister also requested that construction units work continuously 24/7 to speed up progress, and that businesses register in advance with the management board to receive support (regarding electricity, security, access cards, etc.).

The Deputy Prime Minister and members of the Steering Committee will be present daily at the Exhibition to inspect, supervise, and directly resolve any difficulties.
"The selected businesses are all exemplary and reputable national brands. Therefore, they need to uphold a high sense of responsibility and make maximum efforts to complete their booths on schedule, ensuring quality and aesthetics, worthy of the scale and significance of the Exhibition," the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
Immediately after the meeting with businesses, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh also worked with leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center Joint Stock Company, and the design consulting unit on related matters.
