Industrial Park Trade Union Board launches Executive Committee and deploys tasks for the last 6 months of 2025

Mr. Phan Thanh Liem and delegates congratulated the Executive Committee of the Industrial Park Trade Union.

The Industrial Park Trade Union currently has 8 full-time staff managing 85 grassroots trade unions with 24,965 union members out of a total of 26,377 workers in 4 industrial parks including: Suoi Dau Industrial Park (Cam Lam commune); Thanh Hai Industrial Park (Bao An ward); Du Long Industrial Park (Thuan Bac commune); Phuoc Nam Industrial Park (Phuoc Nam commune) and Thap Cham Industrial Cluster (Do Vinh ward). Immediately after the merger of the province, the Industrial Park Trade Union quickly stabilized the organization and performed its tasks. Two working offices were located at 6 Le Thanh Ton (Nha Trang ward) and Suoi Dau Industrial Park Headquarters (Cam Lam commune) to ensure a workplace for union officials. Implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, the Industrial Park Trade Union actively carried out many important activities in the first week of July such as: Attending the July flag-raising ceremony at 2-4 Square; Attended the announcement ceremony of the Provincial Party Standing Committee's Decision on the establishment of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and awarded personnel decisions for heads and deputy heads of departments and units.

In order to ensure uninterrupted operations, the Industrial Park Trade Union Board has developed a work program for the last 6 months of 2025 with key and breakthrough goals such as: Focusing on effectively implementing the task of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; promoting the development of union members, improving the quality of union cadres; actively participating in Party building, government building, etc.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the Industrial Park Trade Union Board manages grassroots trade unions in key industrial parks in the province, the distance between industrial parks is relatively far; therefore, the Industrial Park Trade Union Board needs to proactively change the way of working to suit the new situation, proactively grasp the situation and labor relations at enterprises in the area under its responsibility. Grassroots trade unions need to frankly point out the remaining difficulties so that trade unions at all levels can find ways to solve them with the common goal of taking care of and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers better...
