Director of blockchain architecture solutions, 1Matrix company, Dr. Do Van Thuat informed about the initial results of the process of building a multi-chain service blockchain network in Vietnam, sharing opportunities for individuals and organizations to participate, develop and accompany in the next stage of this network.
Vietnam Blockchain Multi-Chain Service Network (VBSN): A pioneering solution for Vietnamese people
According to Mr. Thuat, designed according to a 5-layer architectural model, similar to EBSI (European blockchain service infrastructure network) and BSN (Chinese blockchain service network), VBSN (Vietnam blockchain multi-chain service network) aims to provide comprehensive, low-cost, easy-to-deploy blockchain solutions for public and private service enterprises and organizations. Key areas prioritized for implementation include: national data processing, digital identification, electronic invoices, certificate storage, asset digitization, financial technology innovation, etc.
With the promotion from the Techcombank-One Mount Group-Masterise Group-Techcom Securities ecosystem and the Vietnam Blockchain Association, along with prestigious partners such as Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Sotatek, NCC, CMC , Viettel IDC, FPT Telecom, AlphaTrue,... 1Matrix has built 6 layer-1 blockchains that combine connections with many available blockchain platforms in the world with many decentralized and consensus mechanisms to optimize benefits for different fields and needs.
The transaction speed of each layer 1 network in VBSN currently reaches 2,000-60,000 TPS (transactions/second), and can even reach a maximum of 300,000 TPS, depending on the requirements of each actual implementation partner.

Mr. David Chain, Director of Partnership Development at Boston Consulting Group, the world's leading solution consulting firm, said that the process of building a Vietnamese blockchain network has inherited and promoted the advantages of current blockchain service networks. This helps Vietnam integrate the global blockchain network and optimize the most modern technologies, helping to solve problems of security, scalability, decentralization, etc. in a flexible and superior way compared to other models.
“In particular, from the lessons learned by Boston Consulting Group from consulting, implementing solutions, and transferring technology with governments around the world, we believe that the Vietnamese blockchain network will help solve many current and future problems in Vietnam, including public data management or promoting the private sector economy,” said Mr. David Chain.

For more information about the Vietnamese multi-chain service blockchain network, Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Chairman of 1Matrix Company, Chairman of Vietnam Blockchain Association affirmed that building a Vietnamese multi-chain service blockchain network, contributing to the completion of the Vietnamese blockchain ecosystem is a challenging task, but completely feasible.
This is a “golden opportunity” to act, as the Politburo has issued two important resolutions: Resolution 57-NQ/TW on developing science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, along with Resolution 68-NQ/TW on promoting the private economy.
According to Mr. Trung, to realize this goal, 1Matrix not only focuses on developing core technology and building infrastructure, but also pays special attention to the factor of high-quality human resources, of which the VietChain Talent Competition is a part of that strategy.
Creating incentives to promote high-quality blockchain human resources
After 2 months of launching, the contest "Searching for Vietnamese Blockchain Talent - VietChain Talent 2025" organized by 1Matrix Company, Vietnam Blockchain Association and Government Cipher Committee has attracted more than 300 ideas from 220 teams, of which 138 official entries were submitted.
The organizing committee has conducted the preliminary round, reviewed and evaluated the entries, and selected the most outstanding ideas to enter the semi-finals. Accordingly, the teams will continue to complete their projects and compete for a total prize of 3.5 billion VND.
The 51 selected entries will undergo a live presentation with the Jury from July 21 to July 31, 2025, to select promising projects to enter the final round.

Within the framework of the event, before the announcement of the results, the Jury and the Professional Council met to discuss the rules and regulations for the final round. Lieutenant General Dang Vu Son, former Head of the Government Cipher Committee, member of the Jury, expressed his joy at the initial results of the competition.
He emphasized the expertise, creativity and role of the team of experts in evaluating projects, ensuring fairness and transparency in the evaluation results and committed to upholding the responsibility of the jury members to select worthy and excellent projects, contributing to the overall development of the Vietnamese blockchain network and system.

At the event, Ms. Nguyen Van Hien, Vice President of Vietnam Blockchain Association, Head of the Organizing Committee of VietChain Talents 2025 competition emphasized that 51 entries were selected for the semi-finals based on 4 criteria, including: practical value, creativity, sustainability-scalability and overall quality of the project.
“The competition is not only an academic playground but also an opportunity for young talents to gain practical experience and solve problems posed by society. From there, pioneering factors will be discovered and accompany the national digital transformation process. I believe that playgrounds like VietChain Talents will be an important driving force to promote high-quality human resources in the blockchain industry in particular and the technology industry in general,” said Ms. Hien.
Some of the outstanding topics of the semi-finalists' entries include: Digital identification integrated with public services, decentralized online education platform, digital signature, digital asset mortgage lending solution, digital banking applying blockchain combined with real assets (Real World Asset) or carbon credit trading system - a direction that is receiving a lot of attention in the context of the community promoting sustainable development...
VietChain Talent is the blockchain competition with the largest prize scale ever, up to 3.5 billion VND, with the first prize of Layer 1 topic worth 1 billion VND in cash, the remaining 3 topics worth 500 million VND/prize.
In addition, Tether will award the "Stablecoin Application Initiative for Sustainable Digital Finance Solutions" prize worth 250 million VND along with the opportunity to participate in the mentoring program and connect with Tether's international ecosystem.
