- On July 9, the Light Up Faith Club coordinated with the People's Committee of Hoang Van Thu commune and philanthropists to organize a ceremony to hand over a charity house to the family of Mr. Au Van Hoan (born in 1975) in Na Keo Moi village, Hoang Van Thu commune.
Au Van Hoan's family is poor, with two mentally ill children. Hoan himself is in poor health and his main income comes from farming. His family's house is dilapidated but they have no means to repair or rebuild it. Faced with this situation, the Light Up Faith Club has called on benefactors to support funding for Hoan's family to build a new house.
After about 1 month of construction (from June to July 2025), the 60 m2 level 4 house of Mr. Hoan's family was completed with a total value of 120 million VND. Of which, benefactors supported 100 million VND (the family of Mr. and Mrs. Thanh Hien, members of the Club, supported 60 million VND and the family of Ms. Lam Mai Huong supported 40 million VND), the remaining amount was matched by the family. During the construction process, Mr. Hoan's family received help from neighbors and relatives with labor days.
During the program, the Light Up Faith Club and philanthropists gave his family meaningful gifts; gave 5 gifts to 5 families in difficult circumstances in Na Keo Moi village, Hoang Van Thu commune.
This is a meaningful activity, creating conditions to help poor households reduce difficulties, stabilize their lives and contribute to the effective implementation of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province.
