Handing over humanitarian houses to poor households

The Red Cross Society of Yen Lap district in coordination with the People's Committee of Hung Long commune has just organized a program to hand over a humanitarian house to the family of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoang, a poor household with especially difficult circumstances in Hung Long commune.

Yen Lap District Red Cross Society handed over a humanitarian house and gave gifts to the family of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoang, Hung Long commune.

Faced with the difficult circumstances of Nguyen Quoc Hoang's family, the Red Cross at all levels acted as a bridge, calling on benefactors to support money to build the house. After 2 months of construction, the house has been completed with a usable area of over 60m2. The total cost of construction is 100 million VND. Of which, Giang Son Group and the Ro Man Plaza Charity Club in Hanoi supported 30 million VND. The remaining amount was supported by organizations, philanthropists and relatives in cash and labor days.

The house was inaugurated and put into use, demonstrating the concern of the Red Cross at all levels, departments, sectors, organizations, businesses and philanthropists for those in particularly difficult circumstances. Thereby, helping families have more determination to rise up and stabilize their lives.

On this occasion, the Ro Man Plaza Charity Club and sponsors surveyed and supported the construction of a house for a family in especially difficult circumstances in Trung Son commune. The house is expected to start construction in September 2024.
