The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held its first conference.

On the morning of July 9, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies held the first Conference to discuss and give opinions on the Regulations on functions, tasks, organizational structure of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, personnel work and other contents under its authority.

Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies chaired the conference. Attending the conference were Standing members of the Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee.

At the Conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the following contents: Draft Decision promulgating the Working Regulations of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party agencies, term I, 2020-2025; Draft Work Program for the entire term 2020-2025, Work Program for 2025 of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party agencies; Draft Decision assigning tasks to members of the Party Executive Committee, members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committees of the Provincial Party agencies, term 2020-2025; Draft Decision on establishing subordinate Party cells and grassroots Party committees, Decision on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries; Draft Decision on establishing specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party agencies; Draft Regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party agencies; Draft decisions on assignment, transfer, and appointment of the positions of Head and Deputy Head of advisory and assisting agencies of the Party Committee of Provincial Party agencies; Draft Personnel Plan to appoint the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of Provincial Party agencies, term 2020-2025.

Also at the Conference, delegates gave their opinions on the Draft Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Party Inspection Committee of the provincial Party agencies; Draft Working Regulations of the Party Inspection Committee of the provincial Party agencies, term 2020-2025; Draft Decision assigning members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies to perform regular supervision tasks for the term 2020-2025; Draft Decision promulgating the Procedure for inspection, supervision, enforcement of party discipline and handling of denunciations of Party cells under the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; Draft Guidelines on personnel work of the Inspection Committee at all levels towards the Congress of Party Delegates of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Agencies, term 2025-2030.

Delegates also gave their opinions on the Draft Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Draft on the establishment of a team of Party Committee Reporters; Draft on the establishment of a team of Party Committee Social Opinion Collaborators; Draft on the establishment of the Steering Committee of 35 Party Committees.

Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies delivered the concluding speech at the Conference.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the opinions expressed at the Conference; requested the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee to fully absorb the opinions, edit, supplement and perfect them so that the Party Committee Standing Committee can issue documents according to its authority. At the same time, requested to absorb the contents according to the regulations to submit to the Party Committee Executive Committee Conference.
