At 7:00 a.m., the center of the super typhoon was at about 12.5 degrees North latitude, 126.7 degrees East longitude, in the sea east of the central Philippines. The strongest wind near the center of the super typhoon was level 16 (184-201 km/h), gusting to level 17.

At 7:00 a.m. on November 19, the storm was at about 18.8 degrees North latitude, 115.1 degrees East longitude, in the North East Sea, about 460km East Northeast of Hoang Sa. Wind force level 12, gust level 15.

The storm is moving in the West Northwest direction at a speed of 15-20km/h. The North East Sea area is at level 3 natural disaster risk. From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move in the West Southwest direction at a speed of 10-15km per hour, and its intensity will continue to weaken.

Due to the impact of super typhoon Man-yi, from the afternoon of November 17, the eastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8-9, near the eye of the storm level 10-12, gusting to level 16; waves 2-4m high, near the eye of the storm 5-7m; rough seas.

Regarding Typhoon Usagi, at 7:00 a.m. on November 16, the eye of the storm was located at approximately 22.4 degrees North latitude, 120.3 degrees East longitude, in the sea south of Taiwan (China). The strongest wind near the eye of the storm was level 8 (62-74 km/h), gusting to level 10.

The storm is moving in a North-Northeast direction at a speed of about 15km/h. At 7:00 a.m. on November 17, storm Usagi was at about 23.5 degrees North latitude, 122.1 degrees East longitude, in the sea east of Taiwan (China). Wind force level 6, gust level 8.

The storm is moving northeast at a speed of 10-15km/h and is gradually weakening into a tropical depression. The northeast region of the North East Sea is at level 3 natural disaster risk.

Due to the influence of storm Usagi, the northeastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7, near the storm's eye level 8, gusting to level 10; waves 2-3m high, near the storm's eye 3-5; rough seas.
