At 3:00 p.m. on September 7, storm No. 3 with strong winds and heavy rain caused property damage to a number of businesses in Tien Hai Industrial Park (Tien Hai).

The raw material warehouse of Thien Hoang Technical and Commercial Joint Stock Company had part of its roof blown off by the storm.

According to information from the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province, the tornado tore the corrugated iron roof of the factory of Thai Binh Ceramic Tiles Joint Stock Company and the raw material warehouse of Mikado Brick Factory of Thien Hoang Technical and Commercial Joint Stock Company.

The factory of Thai Binh Ceramic Tiles Joint Stock Company had part of its corrugated iron roof torn off by the storm but caused no human casualties.

The Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue of enterprises said that although storm No. 3 was strong and caused property damage, all of the enterprises' storm response forces were still safe. After the storm passed, the enterprises will focus on repairing factory damage, cleaning the environment, and rearranging machinery and equipment to soon resume production and business activities.
