This is a new media training model in Vietnam. For the first time in Vietnam, a press agency has participated in training some modules in the regular university program. Training is conducted in the direction of focusing on practice, approaching reality, creating real media products.

Nearly 200 students of Nguyen Tat Thanh University will study the subjects: Organizing photos on media; Producing electronic media products; Designing media publications entirely at the Tuoi Tre newspaper office.
Reporters, editors, and experienced managers of Tuoi Tre newspaper directly teach and guide practice.
In addition to being provided with basic knowledge of the course and on-site practical guidance, students will be taken to departments with the guidance of reporters and editors, and participate in the production of real products.
This helps students to be solid in theory, practice, and understand the methods and processes of producing a media product and organizing events.
According to Mr. Le Xuan Trung - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Tuoi Tre Newspaper, students studying and practicing in a new environment compared to the university environment hope to have new ideas and creativity, approach careers, and accumulate practical experience.
"Technology develops very quickly, so media and media types also develop and change rapidly. Students studying at Tuoi Tre newspaper will have access to the process of creating new media products, working with reporters, handling real-life situations, things that you may not have access to in university lectures. Reporters with a lot of professional experience, life experience, and career experience are always ready to exchange and guide students" - Mr. Trung said.
