According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau province, from August 30 to noon September 2, tourist attractions and accommodation facilities all recorded an increase in the number of visitors. The most popular places are Mui Ca Mau tourist area, Quan Am Phat Dai, Tac Say church, Dat Mui community tourist area, Hon Da Bac and Hung Vuong square.
Ms. Du Truc Loan - Chief of Office of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau province - said that during the holiday, service establishments have done a good job of posting prices, selling at the right price, diversifying products, ensuring quality, creating peace of mind for tourists. At the same time, entertainment and culinary venues all pay attention to food safety and hygiene, and there have been no recorded cases of solicitation or complaints via hotline.
Before the festival, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued a document requesting tourism service businesses to proactively prepare service plans, ensure security and safety, and strictly handle acts of price gouging and soliciting customers.
Localities also enhance cultural, sports, entertainment and transportation services, contributing to improving the tourist experience.

Mr. Mai Hoang Viet - Director of Cong Tu Bac Lieu Tourism Service Joint Stock Company (Ca Mau province) - commented that the completed infrastructure will be a big boost for local tourism. According to him, Ca Mau needs to promote digital platforms, train high-quality local human resources and develop unique products with cultural depth to retain visitors.
The southernmost land of the Fatherland, Ca Mau, is gradually asserting its position on the national tourism map. After merging with Bac Lieu, the new province has more space for development and much potential. In 2025, Ca Mau aims to welcome 8.4 million visitors, with revenue of over VND 8,585 billion.
